The main difference is the screen, while the C650 has a glossy screen which makes the colors look a big brighter, the C630 has a matte screen that reflects a little less at bright daylight, but the viewable difference is pretty much neglegtible. The C630 does not have the internet and internet application features of the C650, also this could easily be substituted by buying a blu-ray disc player with this feature for example. The refresh rate of 120Hz, the number of connections, the Full HD 1080p resolution, everything except the mentioned differences is the same. Regarding that fact that the price for both of them is the same at the moment, only about 20 dollars depending on the retailers you are comparing, the LN46C650 is a better choice since you get additional features and a slightly better image at the same price.
