The Samsung LN46C750 is a slightly improved version of the LN46C650, but the real difference of the C650 vs. the C750 is smaller than you may think. The contrast ratio of the C750 is a bit higher, 200,000:1 compared to 150,000:1, the touch of color design is different and the biggest difference is: Only the C750 is 3D ready. If 3D is worth a price difference of almost 500 dollars to you, the LN46C750 is the better choice, but if you are just looking for a decent value for money and dont absolutely need 3D, the LN46C650 is by far the better deal. Do not get fooled by the doubled refresh rate of 240Hz for the C750. The picture quality in 2D isn't improved alot compared to the 120Hz of the LN46C650, the doubled refresh rate is only needed for watching 3D with active shutter glasses since the TV boadcasts two images instead of one for the 3D effect, so 3D at 240Hz looks exactly like 2D at 120Hz. Since all other features are similar, we absolutely recommend the non-3D LN46C650 instead of paying a alot of money extra just for 3D.
